Three Types of camps

1. Multi-Activity Sports Camps

We operate our main Multi-Activity Sports Camps at most of our venues. Children get to choose from up to 50 different action packed activities and sports each week. The emphasis is on having lots of fun, learning new sports and trying out a variety of cool activities.

2. Specialist Sports Camps

The specialist Sports Camps are for those children who really want to focus on a specific sport and make rapid progress. These camps only operate at specific venues and have very limited availability. Specialist Sports Camps include: tennis, football, hockey, netball, lacrosse, cricket and gymnastics.

3. Life Skills Camp for Teens

The 7 Habits of highly Effective Teens is a two-day camp that equips teenagers with a set of life skills which enable them to embark on lifelong learning and emotional wellbeing. This a very powerful process based on Stephen Covey’s book, ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ that has sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.

Hours of operation

Our normal hours of operation for Multi-Activity Sports camps are from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Specialist sports camps standard hours of operation are from 10am to 4pm.

Extended Day Options:

Multi-Activity Sports Camps  8am-6pm for £5 per day.

Specialist Sports Camps 830am-430pm for £5 per day or 8am-6pm for £10 per day.

If you collect later than 6pm, there are late fees charges to cover our team’s costs.

Ofsted

Most of Camp England's venues are Ofsted registered and therefore comply with all national welfare, learning and development statutory requirements. Moreover, our team are professionally trained to the highest standards, fully vetted, and our policies and procedures are regularly updated to ensure that we exceeed all requirements for your child when they are in our care. Every one of our Ofsted clubs has a unique registration number. All our sites are BAPA (British Activities Providers Association) registered to ensure they all meet the high standards required.

Lunch breaks

Your child will have a 45 minute lunch break each day to relax, eat and socialise with their friends. All children are supervised during the break. Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch, snacks and a refillable drinks bottle.

Changes to bookings

You can cancel your booking up to 4 weeks in advance of the starting date of your camp in order to receive a refund, minus a 10% administrative charge. All cancellations after this 4-week period result in your payment being held as a credit on your account with us. Any cancellations on the day due to illness or injury will not result in a refund or credit. Responsibility for all booking details lies with the you when making the initial booking. Where possible we will make changes to your dates, subject to availability. In order to change a booking on our camps made with a 10 or 20 day pass or Season Ticket you must provide 7 days’ notice in order to receive the day back in credit onto the pass.

Child to coach ratio

At Camp England we believe that that class size matters. For this reason, we have a the smallest group sizes per coach ratio in the industry for holiday camps. For multi-activity camps the ratios are the following: one to eight ratio for 5-7 year olds and one to twelve for 8-13 year olds. For Specialist sports camps all ratios are one to eight.

Friends request

We believe that sport is a powerful skill builder for social skills and a way to actively support friends by taking part in activities, and sports together at our camps. When you sign your child in at registration, simply let us know who your childs friends are and we will make sure that they can be together for the day.

Theme days

To keep our camps fresh, fun and exciting we have regular theme days which the children love. This can be anything from a BBQ to a sports celebrity attending. Pick the weekly schedule upon registration at your camp.
