Sports Camp

Our sports camp is incredibly popular with children enjoying many different sporting activities. We guarantee your child will experience new challenges and our team of coaches will lead them through high quality sports sessions that help them improve their skills, whilst keeping fit and healthy.

A typical day at our Sports Camp begins with a group warm-up where your child will be introduced to their coaches and fellow sports boys and girls and run through the rules and regulations governing their enjoyment of the day.  The children are then encouraged to choose six sports from the list below with the most popular being timetabled in for that day.

Throughout the day when each new sport is introduced a run down of the rules and the aim of the game is given, skills based drills are then played, followed by a group game to finish.  The essential element of team work is emphasised as well as being supportive and caring towards other children, all the while introducing, encouraging and perfecting each child's individual sporting abilities.
